Can I fill in my visa application in a language other than English?
No — the online application systems currently support English only. If you apply through us, our team completes the form for you correctly.
Do I need to use my own computer to apply?
Not at all. Simply send us your details and documents and we'll handle the entire online application on your behalf.
Can I save my application midway through the process?
Most systems let you save and resume. When you apply through Five A, we keep track of your progress and follow up until it's approved.
I don't understand one of the questions — what can I do?
Just ask us. Our visa team will explain it and fill it in accurately for you.
I made a mistake on one of my answers. Can I change it?
